Colorado is full of so many things to do,
here is a list of events we will either be at or am keeping our eye on for the weekend.
Food & Drink
The final installment of the McNichols Project runs from 7:30 to 10 p.m. on Friday, October 20, when the series will look toward tomorrow with The Future Project. An idea as intangible and uncertain as tomorrow; The future holds wild and fantastic changes to how we live, what we consume, and how we interact, all mixed with mystery. This art gallery opening will explore the future via two brand new exhibits, drinks, bites, and entertainment. Immerse yourself in a vision of what the future could hold in both a real and fictional sense at the third and final event in The McNichols Project series. Tickets are $30, an easy decision for a night out!
The world’s largest video-game festival, is coming to the National Western Complex, 4655 Humboldt Street, this weekend. DreamHack Denver 2017 starts at 11 a.m. Friday, October 20, with competitions like Drone Racing and Combat, Cosplay contest and DJ , League of Legends and Overwatch College Esport Match and my favorite Archery Tag. But that is not all, this gigantic gaming celebration is including lectures by game developers, a three-day Magic: The Gathering tournament with a $10,000 prize, free-play PC and console areas, and loads of other activities. Day passes are $20, three-day passes are $45, and kids under five get in free; get your tickets and see the full list of events at denver.dreamhack.com.
